The good news is that you don\\\'t need perfect credit! We may be able to help you move into your new home with 30-45 days, if you can answer \\\"NO\\\" to the following questions:

-Have you had a Foreclosure, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, or Car Repossession within the last 2 years?
-Have you had any bill, (other than medical) within the last 12 months, which has been more than 30 days late?

If not, call us and we\\\'ll work together to get you into your new home! Once we get you qualified, we start with the next step of our service, which is helping you to locate your home, and to negotiate the BEST possible deal that we can for you. This typically involves us getting the Seller to pay for your Closing Costs, which typically run 4-6,000 dollars, perhaps also getting you brand new appliances, and also getting the Seller to cover our fees as well. By the way...you wouldn\\\'t mind if we found a program for you, that would take care of your downpayment, would you?
